In order to use this website, visitors are not required to complete a registration form.

During the buying process a visitor must give certain contact information, but we never sell or give away information. It is only gathered to process the selected purchases or to contact the customer if necessary.

We have an order form.

The information we require from the buyer on our order form such as (name, e-mail, shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). If we have trouble processing an order, we will then use the information to contact the buyer. This information is used:

Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment or taking an actual class for a full refund of all charges. Merchandise ordered may be returned with the seals unbroken for a full refund of all charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Once a student has attended an actual class or broken the seal on either the “Student Handbook” or the “DVD” or both, NO REFUND WILL BE SUBMITTED!
